02 / From Grain to Glass
Every stage has a purpose. Discover the key steps that transform malt, hops, water and yeast into beer.
Malted grains are milled to expose the starches needed for brewing while preserving husks for efficient separation.
Warm water activates malt enzymes that convert starch into fermentable sugars. The resulting liquid is called wort.
Wort is boiled and hops are added according to the recipe to develop bitterness, aroma and flavour.
After cooling, yeast is added. It converts fermentable sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide and develops flavour.
Beer is conditioned and checked for flavour, stability, consistency and applicable quality requirements.
Suitable hygienic packaging and storage practices help preserve the beer's intended quality until it is served.
03 / Ingredients Matter
Hops contribute bitterness, aroma and flavour. Their variety, freshness and handling all influence the character of a beer.
04 / Brewing Science
Fermentation is central to beer production. Yeast, temperature, time and sanitation work together to influence the final result.
Healthy yeast and suitable pitching rates support reliable fermentation.
Appropriate temperatures help guide yeast activity and flavour development.
Monitoring fermentation and conditioning helps determine when beer is ready for the next stage.
Sanitation and process checks help reduce contamination and quality risks.
05 / The People Behind the Brew
Brewing brings together ingredient knowledge, technical precision and sensory evaluation. Each stage contributes to the identity and consistency of the finished beer.
